In this module we’ll explore the topic of Patient and Public Involvement in Research.

  • the terms used to describe how people affected by health conditions and members of the public might interact with research, with particular focus on what we mean by patient and public involvement in research
  • where patient and public involvement can and should happen in a study
  • different approaches to patient and public involvement
  • the impact and benefits of patient and public involvement in research
