Special SessionOpen Dialogue-WebHeader-v3

The annual EFNA General Assembly [GA] and its associated activities, will take place in Copenhagen from Saturday, May 28th to Monday, May 30th 2016.

The meeting, again, coincides with the annual congress of the European Academy of Neurology [EAN] where EFNA has a packed schedule of activities.

EFNA will host a special session as part of the Congress programme, which will be an open dialogue entitled: Let’s Talk About Sleep, Stress and Sex.

This session will explore the co-morbidities/secondary symptoms of sleep disorders, mental health and sexual dysfunction which are a feature of many neurological illnesses. It will be co-chaired by EFNA and the EAN – Resident and Research Fellows Section (young neurologists). Access the flyer here.

EFNA will also organise its annual a public day in the city. This year the focus is on Huntington’s Disease and Carers. More information here.

As part of the Together Under the Umbrella campaign, there will be a photo opportunity in the exhibition centre for delegates.

Additionally, EFNA members will be invited to sit on the relevant EAN sub-specialty scientific panels in their disease area.

The GA is open to EFNA members only or pan-European disease-specific patient organisations applying for membership.
