Can I access the eLearning modules in a different language?
The videos used in EFNA’s TINA eLearning modules are hosted on YouTube. Therefore, it is possible to enable automatically translated subtitles.
First, move your mouse over the video you would like to translate and click the ‘CC’ (Subtitles/closed caption) icon:
The subtitles are in English language by default, so you should now click the ‘settings’ icon (wheel symbol) and select ‘Auto-translate’:
Choose your language from the list available.
Translation are automatic and may not be completely accurate. Please let us know if you find serious errors in any translations and we will address this if possible.
Why is my name not showing correctly on my certificate?
The name printed on your certificate will be the username you chose when you signed up to take the course, so please use your full name as you would like it to appear. If you chose a different username, and would like us to update your certificate, please contact us.
Will more modules be added in future?
Yes, we hope to add a number of further modules this year. If you have a suggested topic that you would like to see covered, please contact us.
